GSA. The scope of work includes environmental
planning, compliance, training, waste
management, reclamation, recycling and
disposal, and new services to enable
government agencies to meet their needs.
2. Job: MACC Contract for Demolition - Norfolk
Navy District
Value: Up to $30 Million
Dates: September 2004 - August 2009
Client: US Navy - Norfolk District
Location of Work: Norfolk Region, Virginia
Goel Services has been awarded this multiple
award construction contract to perform
construction, wrecking and environmental
services for all military bases under the
Norfolk Navy military command. The award was
made to Goel Services because of Goel
Services’ price, extensive past performance
and outstanding safety records.
3. Job: Environmental Multiple Award Contract
- Navy
Value: Up to $15 million dollars
Client: US Navy
Location of Work: CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ,
NY, PA, RI, VA, VT
Goel Services will perform design build
environmental remediation and restoration
projects for NAVFAC facilities. This includes
asbestos, lead, UST’s, AST’s, RCRA/High Hazard
remediation and groundwater monitoring. Goel’s
first task order under this contract was to
scrape off loose lead based paint and
stabilize the water tower in Melville, RI.

Remediation Contract (EMARC)

On the Environmental Multiple Award
Remediation Contract (EMARC), Goel Services
has provided asbestos personnel to assess the
interior of ductwork located in the basement
of Site 1 and Goel Services has provided air
filtration and provides continuous air
monitoring through out the startup and testing
of newly installed air handlers at Site 1. The
EMARC Contract has a contra ceiling of $10
Million.
5. Job: School System wide Asbestos, Lead
Paint and Insulation Term Contract
Value: $1,350,000
Client: District of Columbia Public Schools
Location of Work: School-system through out
Washington, D.C.
Goel Services completed over $1,350,000 on the
first of two term contracts with the District
of Columbia Public Schools in Washington, D.C.
Goel Services performed 210 task orders. The
work included: chemical cleanup at over 80
schools, petroleum spills, asbestos abatement,
lead paint removal and mold remediation.
6. Job: Job Order Contract - DC Housing
Authority
Value: Up to $10,000,000
Client: Washington D.C. Housing Authority
Location of Work: DC Housing sites throughout
Washington, D.C.
This five-year $10 million job order contract
was awarded to Goel Services for renovations
and modernization of Washington D.C. Housing
Authority’s low income housing units. Goel
Services’ first task order on this contract
was to fully rebuild six fire-burned units at
the Lincoln Heights Apartments in Washington
D.C. Additionally, Goel Services, has
performed fast-track asbestos removal and
boiler repairs at various DC Public Schools
through the Housing Authority.
